118 - Update - Consistency
What I Did Well
I flossed and did some push ups.
I was transparent when I made a mistake.
I got enough rest.
Where I Can Improve
I want to meditate for at least 30 minutes a day and I want to do it first thing in the morning.
I want to consistently do at least a little bit of exercise each day (just a few push ups).
I want to consistently go to bed at reasonable time and get enough rest.
